Problem
Using the Edit text tool--In a sheet title block the user is placing a cell which includes separate pieces of text (Sheet number,
Plate Number, Date, Sheet Title). On many sheets the user has used the Edit Text tool to remove the default text from the 3rd line
of the Sheet Title. But later when he needed to add the 3rd line and wanted to edit the cell, he can't get the previously edited
(no text) 3rd line to edit and add a new text.
When placing the default cell it looks like
LINE 1 TEXT
LINE
2 TEXT
LINE 3 TEXT
When editing the text using the Edit Text tool and remove the default text 'LINE 3 TEXT' from th
e 3rd line it looks like
ARCHITECTURAL
FOURTH FLOOR PLAN
But later the user needs to modify the 3rd line 'WEDGE
4' to look like
ARCHITECTURAL
FOURTH FLOOR PLAN
WEDGE
If he uses the Update Cell or Replace cell tool then
he gets back all the default text including the 3rd line but in the process he looses all the other previously edited text in the
cell (ARCHITECTURAL and FOURTH FLOOR PLAN). After using cell update it goes back to look like
LINE 1 TEXT
LINE 2 TE
XT
LINE 3 TEXT
But he can't find the 3rd line when he uses edit text tool since it was made empty.
Once a text
is removed by using the edit text tool is it possible to get it back for further editing without loosing the other parts of the ce
ll.

Solution
Suggested user to use enter data fields so that text can be edited or changed later with out loosing the line.
